We have tips for you to make shopping with us easier.
Our e-shop is used to sell goods for two business groups:
- HOME - For Private Subscribers
- BUSINESS - For catering customers
In the case of the first group, the e-shop allows purchase only in certain categories of goods, the remaining categories are hidden for private purchase. & nbsp; Products intended primarily for the HoReCa segment are only displayed to registered BUSINESS partners (with a valid ID).

You can sign in as: Home or Business.
- HOME - Private Subscriber
If you shop at tukap.cz as a private person, you can register with us via the top menu, or check the box "I want to register in the eshop" when completing the order. The next time you make a purchase, you can log in (via the top menu) and continue making your purchase. & Nbsp; If you forgot your password, you can request a password reset here .
- BUSINESS - Wholesale Customer
If you are interested in taking advantage of the wholesale purchase options on our e-shop and thus making the wholesale section available, you must first register via the top menu. Unfortunately, shopping in the wholesale section is not possible without prior registration. You must provide a valid ID when registering. & nbsp; The next time you make a purchase, you can sign in (via the top menu) and continue with your purchase. If you forgot your password, you can request a password reset here . (Warning: If you forget to enter your ID during Business Registration and add it additionally in your account, your account will not automatically have access to the wholesale section. Please contact us for additional access.)

You add the goods to the basket using the "Add to basket" button. You can access the basket via the basket icon at the top of the page. In the basket you clearly see what goods and how many pieces you have added to the basket. You can easily change its content.

In the next step of the order, you can log in (if you haven't already) or register (by checking the box "I want to register in the e-shop"). The purchase can be made without registration. When filling in the delivery details, please make sure that they are correct, so that the package arrives to you as soon as possible. Fields marked with an asterisk "*" are required and required.
- Business Subscriber
Unfortunately, purchasing for wholesale customers without prior registration is not possible. When you log in, the data you filled in during registration will be filled in automatically. Please check their validity or correct them. Fields marked with an asterisk "*" are required and required.
